    This is Nitish Parab here writing towards an inefficient way, I the said customer of yours (Samsung) am being dealt with at your service centre at kalyan ( sarvodaya mall).

    I had put a request with your service centre towards my phone issue..which was been noted down more than 2 weeks ago by the representative with service centre, but yet I haven’t been properly assisted.

    My issue still persists and I feel am being harrased, by repetitively being asked to call the service centre where most of the times my call remains unanswered and when answered I am being told to come some another day..

    My main issue is that..the battery of the phone drains after being fully charged i.e. within a hour and half.. and then the mobile completely refraining to boot up.

    Now what happened with me:
    I was given a software update..on the first day..which was on 4/11/2017..but then the issue still stayed. I went back on monday 6/11/ 2017 and they said they will check and let me know of the issue behind it..they gave me a manual job card and the from that day..i was not been contacted whatsoever my issue, having been concerned, I tried contacting the centre but I was unanswered. Once I was answered on 9/11/2017 and was told that parts are available to my mobile and work on that is in progress and I will receive my mobile well functional by that evening..but that never happened.
    They still didn’t answer and so i called back again on 11/11/2017 and after being answered I was told that your part is not yet available and will be received by service centre today once complete i will be contacted on that day itself..again, i was been fooled and no callback was done.
    Hence, after all this drama I paid visit to the service centre taking leave from my job on 15/11/2017 and they said my phone is ready but when I checked it over there itself infront of the representative the USB still says can’t connect. Hence, they said again wait for two days we will check what the issue is.

    I really am upset towards this incompetent behavior of your technical team and the way this issue is being handled..even after my phone staying in warranty how long do I have to wait for my own mobile and ask for others to help me with a spare handset.?
    It’s high time now..that we take some action!!

    I hope my point behind writing all this was to bring to the company’s notice the way we customers are being fooled at times. I hope my issue gets sorted out ASAP. While any other customer not having to go through this way of treatment.

    I really am very very upset with all that is occurring. And need a strong action with complete resolution.

  3. We are grateful for the straight line response of the entire team of Samsung. All communication only addressed to intimate the customer that he is at fault and company has no responsibility for warranty. The damage has been done by Rat and repair is not possible . The company kept stating that a senior technician from service team is coming to look into problem. No one came. Number of calls from various people from Samsung team to brief us that see this a damage by rat and nothing could be done.
    During the visit of the mechanic he told us that rat has bitten electrical wiring and that cannot be repaired. We asked dhow us the place from where a rat could have entered the sealed unit. He could not show. The photos were taken after removing the rear grill . How rat can enter.
    Now let’s look at your world class product which specialises in non repairability of electrical wiring. Post episode have visited the showroom of some of the famous refrigerator manufacturers. Most assured that there is no possibility for their top line products being tempered by rats and their subsequent irreparability. They have assured us written undertaking from their higher management in due course .

    It’s an imaginary story that rats have damaged the refrigerator and it’s out of warranty as well as non repairable.
    We are also referring the issue to ISO for determining the standards in which these expensive machines are produced which can become non repairable by manufacture within a year only.

    Please examine the issue in depth before a decision is arrived at.
