Regret to inform that I applied clearance letter 23/11/2016 at cornice branch Abu Dhabi,but unfortunately still didn’t receive and I made several complaints call multiple times call centre but no replay. since last month I am waiting. Furthermore 14/12/2016 I visited the branch but Asst.manager told me you don’t want to come branch only contact call centre when I contact call center they told me go to the branch.
    Please take seriously no body listening my compliant from DIB. I hope at least your decision will be appreciated about this matter.

  2. No one answers the calls.
    Trying to enquire on my car loan for 1 hour.
    Customer care number does not help since options are only for existing customer.
    Tried the main branch (Deira) and the person who answers it just transfers the call and it gets disconnected in 1 min.
    I wonder how people get information. ?

  3. I am trying to check car loan payment issue non of the customer lines answering.

    When we don’t get connection don’t issue improper payment penalty.

Dont take any loun from them very bad service, currently i change my job and i got my salary in my account i give them all the documents which is they required my God its beeng more then 8 days and nobody even care about it, so many times i call and ussually they said 48 hours but why its blokked till now they cannot answer, i went to the branch and they said sent already i give a call, they said sent already, if sent so whats the problem why they dont care this much, till they realise my salary i ll get secound salary, its so bad dont even take from them loun, cos they dont care after that.

  5. Dear Sir/Madam,

    My apologies in writing this last minute letter, however, due to unforeseen circumstances,(father’s death)I resigned from my work due to the following reasons:

    1) I need to take care of my mother with heart disease (at risk of cardiac complications)

    2) Since my father has passed away, my mother sought the help from me to manage the small business

    3) My older brother is living abroad (US) with his family, so I have to stay in the Philippines and take care of my mother and the family business all by myself.

    With regards to my car loan, since I’m not in UAE anymore, i’m deeply sorry to return the car in your bank. For towing the car, I have parked it at the back of Dubai Islamic Bank Building, near Thumbay Hospital, Ajman. (wide/free parking area at the back). The plate no. is 26408 B Honda Accord, Silver Color.

    I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you can understand that my current situation will not allow me to give additional notice of my leaving in UAE.

I transfered money online through intrnational transfer last Nov 29 2017 but till now the benificiary didnt yet receiced.i call several times to hotline and ask me the same details which i did not het any proper response,other is saying its the problem of their remittance department.im asking for the swift copy but they always says they will talk to their supervisors and then they will advise me that they already send email to their comolaint department..in general,i did not get any proper response why its not yet received.
    I thought its reliable and fast but its not..

It is really hard and dissappnting to contact here in DIB i tried also their chat live but nobody answer its wasting of time and money my problem is my credit card which i did not activate but they charge me 100 dirhams i ignore it now its 240 dirhams i receive it only through dib-sms somebody call me about this to pay i said why i should pay it i never used the card or even activate it he said it was already activate i said by whom ang he said just call to our customer call agent ang he drop the phone why i should pay it without bill ang i dont know what for this is disgusting please somebody associated in this bank should explain to me its not acceptable better to drop in the bank and totally close it.
