    Dear Sir,

    I Yash Bansal Resident D-22 South ex-1 New delhi 49 India had purchased Samsung J7 prime in 20-May-2017 from manoj audio video daryaganj new delhi. The startng failed to function like hanging or low sound from the very first week of purchase and had to under go repair at least 2 times in your service center.I don’t why Faulty product sold by samsung. I have many products of your company like moiles, washing machine,led tv & others.
    We request you to please relieve us of our problem and help us by refunding our money or replacement otherwise I take a legal action your Company.

    I, Shripradha Kulkarni is here by informing you that, since 2 months our refrigerator has been damaged, we having been making an complaint at the customer service, and haven’t received any reply, not even and queries about the complaint,this is the worst service we have got, no responses from any of the office of Samsung, I am ought to register a complaint at the consumer court, before I do so, I kindly request you to look into the issue, thank you

    I purchased Samsung S8 on 24th Sep 2017 and spent good money on it (Rs 54,000); unfortunately just in 10 days, I dropped it and the screen broke. Since this was an expensive phone, I expected it to get serviced in time. However, my experience with Samsung has been horrible with fraud commitments. Below are the events which took place:

    I submitted it at the HCL Samsung service center in (Okhla) to replace the screen on 4th Oct 2017 (with job card number/bill number :4246543589 and customer care ticket number 3721448288 ) but even after 7 days they need 7 days more.

    • I was initially told that the QNA approval will take 2 days post which the screen will be replaced within 1 or 2 days.
    • It has been 7 days but the QNA approval is still pending.
    • They are not responding my calls and simply saying contact customer care.
    • As per customer care people the approval doesn’t take more than a day and a half.
    • They are saying that the server is down and need 7 days more to resolve the issue. I asked them to send this in writing but they refused saying that this is an internal matter which cannot be written on email.
    • I requested for the customer care escalation email id to escalate it to concern team but it was not provided.

    Please advise further course of action and take appropriate steps to expedite the matter.

    Would request you to resolve this at the earliest such that I get my phone back as soon as possible.
