  3. I brought Samsung j-2 cell phone from M/s Hony Telecom Noida with bill and everything.
    After 01 month I started getting charging problems. I went to purchased dealer but they directed me to go
    to Samsung authorized service station in District center. After visit the Samsung service center mobile battery has been replaced.
    and he say at this type problem is not come in next time.

    after 4 month we have facing the same charging problem in phone.

    i think this is third quality product. because i facing the same problem with our phone under every 3-4 month.

    we have working the same customer service industries Hitachi home and life solution. And with us no any time for daily visit on Samsung
    service center and waiting for phone repair.

    Pls arrange to refund my phone amount & replace the phone with other model

I brought my samsung J7 on 26 May 2016 and i am under warranty u/w my phone was having screen touch problem and when i took it to Service center on 17 January 17 Sapphire services at Dadar east gave me a complaint form,with signature in which she took out the memory card and the touch was ok,she further said that she has to run a program and after the phone stopped working at all and said for this we have to further check by opening the instrument,and after 2 hours they said it is water logged and liquid damage, i take utmost care of my instrument as it is not A CHEAP INSTRUMENT SO NO CHANCE IT GOT WET OR FELL IN THE WATER,just Normal usage will make the instrument damage then i have to wear gloves for operating,How can we rely on the quality of Samsung i have been told to pay 6400 Rs and taken 3500 half amount then only they will repair its really painful for no fault of mine this instrument being u/w i have to pay for its repair.

    After a multiple discussion with Samsung and two time visit in okhla service center (Delhi). There is no change in Samsung Metro XL B355 mobile. The mobile is purchased on dated 23/06/16 and it was hanging problem from day first which is still there. I went two times in service center where they did some work in this set but still the problems is there.
    Please revert me what to do now as it is manufacturingfault and I should get a new set because already suffering from last eight months.

    Hi my name is Manoj and yesterday I visits to your Samsung service store to replace my broken LCD display of my phone.

    ISUSE
    1. I entered in at 15.27pm and sitting there for my turn and my token number was S-48
    but after half hour my turn was not came there were only 4 or 5 people sitting.
    they have 6 counter over there but only 2 are operational. one lady sitting in counter no.5 without attending any guest and after some time a guest sit on that counter and he has token no. S-49 and in your display they are showing S-47 token guest was attending by your attendant and S-49 guest she attending without take care of that S-48 token was not been Attend by any servicer.

    2. then my turns come a lady who was sitting on the counter MS Saraswati she doesn’t know how to talk with the guest. Anyhow I tell her the mam this is my father phone and I need it today itself with new screen she checked the system and replayed me that sir it will been given to you in an hour I said ok plz do it and I give my phone to her at 4.15pm. and then she said sir you can collect your phone at 5.30pm.

    3. then I left the store after 40 min that same lady called me and tell me that sir your phone display was out of stock it was not available in our store. and she said you please come to store to give advance payment for that.

    4. then I came to store asked here that mam first you said me that its available now you are saying that its not available. then she replayed `VO US TIME SYSTEM MAI 2 DIKHA RAHA THA TABHI MAINE HA KAR DIYA BUT BAAD MAI MAINE STORE WALE MADAM SE PUCHA TO UNHONE MANA KAR DIYA KI NHI HAI` then I said OK so at what day you give my phone then she replayed `PATA NHI KAB TAK SCREEN AYAIGE 1 WEEK BHI LAG SAKTA HAI 20 DIN BHI AAP BAS PAYMENT KAR DO PURI`.

    5. then she said ki aap counter no. 1 join kar lo RICHA( MANAGER) madam payment lai laige. But she was not there a lady attendant was there and she was taking payment from another guest but she was not aware HOW TO OPERATE credit card machine and she shouting at the counter KI RICHA MAM KAHA HAI and after 15 min she left the counter the guest ho was standing in front of me he take the machine and done self payment. after waiting 20 more mints MS Richa came and take my payment of RS3800/-.

    6. Approx. 2 hours in service centre was worthiest experience in my life with Samsung. which is India best company but they give this kind of service to guest really shocking to me. I thought that I m sitting in any china company service store.

    7.Bad experience
    8.not good staff.
    9.not taking customer on first priority.
    10.not stand up there words first.
    11. taking so much time to rectifying the issue.
    12. shift manger Ms Richa not available at operation time.
    13. 6 counter was there but only 3 was operational.
    14. Samsung is a big brand but there store don’t have cell phones part (embarrassing)

    At the end I need my cell phone within 2 working days because my father is a heart patient and we talk with him through video calling its very critical.
    I have all Samsung electronic items in my home. but in future I will not take any items from Samsung.

  14. Samsung TV defect – smoke coming out of the backside of the TV. It is the capacitor according to the technician who made the visit. But he acted like the company is not responsible for the defective capacitor blaming the power in the house. It surely is a manufacturing defect. The company should take care of the defective TV which is only 2 1/2 yrs old

    We would like to inform you that, there was some problem with our Samsung LED display, so from Samsung Helpline we lodged a complaint on 18.03.2017.And we got below
    Complaint Register No. 400001982 on Samsung Helpline No.180030027159

    On 19.03.2017 Mr. Pankaj Mishra, ( Cell No. 88796 45063) called us and visited our place.He told that there is problem with Display which will cost replacement of display of Approx Rs 24,000/- and demanded advance cash of Rs 10,000/- (and said part we can pay in cheque )and told us that they are Samsung authorized dealer located at Kurla and took our LED.

    In between he called us and told that cost may increase to 27,000/-. Yesterday he sent LED after fixing Display and demanded Rs 27,000/- in Turn we told as agreed we will pay only balance Rs 14,000.After long argument Mr Dinesh ,his technician said we can’t accept cheque we need cash and took the balance cash.

    Now we can’t see clear picture .Thus we are not satisfied with the service.We are doubtful that under the name of Samsung these people are working and by using Samsung name fooling the public.

    i have a samsung Note 5 which had an abnormal heating issue on the unit where the temperature could have crossed 60 degrees, i kept the phone down and battery got drained but unit is not turning on.

    i had called the support line, the agent did not not even know the Note 5 has home service.

    the service was arranged yesterday before 8pm still no engineer visit, now i am not willing to get this unit repaired as this seems to be a major issue and have gone through complaints where the note has exploded

    i was told that some one some the management team would contact me still no call

    kindly get this unit replaced

    I had purchased Samsung J7-6 mobile from flipkart.com with tracking ID FMPC0122157842 which was delivered on 28 May 2016.

    Now for the past 2 months, the charger is not charging the mobile due to which I have to keep it charging the whole day.

    Therefore, I request Samsung to kindly exchange the charger/ data cable as one year has not yet completed since I purchased the mobile.

    I want to use 2 Jio sim in 1 mobile.
    My 1 no. is personal no. and another no. is business no.
    My problem is that if I select 1 sim as 4G network then another sim get automatically to 2G network.

    Though I will use data of 1 sim only,but for calling by second sim is not getting network, due to 2G mode.
    As we know that Jio sim is completely on 4G network.

    Please suggest the mobile in which both sim can get select/run 4G network?

  30. Maine 05/12/2016 ko Samsung J2 purchase kiya tha. After two days later maine ye realise kiya ki phone me battery drain problem, hanging problem, network problem and net problem hai. Maine complaint bhi ki aur phone ko many times service centre par bhi dala jaha par unhone bina information ke motherboard change kiya aur problem aise hi bani huai hai. ISLIYE maine25/12/2017 ko care par baat ki jaha se kaha gya ki aapki problem ka 24 hrs me solution ho jayega magar koi response nahi aaya so maine CONSUMER FORUM me complaint kar di hai reference number 285425 hai. Mai meri problem ka solution kiya jaye anytha mai consumer court jane ke liye badhya hu.

    This type of response has not being expected from such a professional company that no resolution has been seen even after 75 days.

    Has Samsung gave up all its Customer Support efforts? After all the mails and conversations, i let go of the display charges and paid approx. INR 10,000/- from my end. I received the Handset but without s-pen. The Service Center confirmed that by mistake they forgot to put it back and it is lying safe with them and that i will get it back when i send someone to collect it. I sent my Runner to receive it back but the guys there told my runner that they have lost it and can’t provide the same.

    Really??? Is this is how you deal with the Customers? How can a so-called authorised Service Center do so? Samsung seems to have lost it completely. The matter is open from last 2 weeks but i haven’t received any resolution on the same.

    18-07-2017 Evening my Mobile not Getting Charging. So i checked with another Samsung J7 mobile battery and it is working fine and Faulty Battery put in to Healthy Mobile Phone but it is not getting charging. So i decided to go service centre.

    Then i took my mobile and went to the Samsung Mobile Service center( Ashok Electronics) Jamnagar Location on 19-07-2017 Morning around 11 AM.

    The Service Centre Person checked the my phone with their charger it is not getting charging then they replace another battery it is getting charging and showed me it is working fine.Then they checked the board they said it is liquid damage there is Water clog on charging Point area so it is not cover able Under Warranty we will do service on chargeable basis. So i discuss with service centre if it is Liquid damage the mobile battery should get damage due to short circuit and also mobile device also get damage but nothing is happened to the my mobile, there is no bulging and no physical damage on mobile battery. The Battery is looking good and only the issue is mobile battery not getting charging.

    i am try to explain them the scale formation is occur only prolonged period and it will not occur with in a day.
    I am using this mobile phone as use well everyday suddenly it is not getting charging so i came here. You showed me the scale formation, but i don’t know how it is happened.

    The Service Centre People directly denied. So i try with Samsung Customer Care ( 1800407267864) i explained everything to Customer Care Counselor they suggested me to go Again Samsung Service Centre. The Customer care counselor give me a complaint number for future Reference purpose. The Reference Number is 3718670154

    Today i went Samsung Mobile Service centre they not responded me so again i called customer care i spoke with customer care counselor again i explained everything about the mobile battery not getting charging. After long conversation she asking me to wait for discussion with senior Executive. I discuss with senior Executive and i explained about the mobile battery not getting charging she told me there is water clog on charging area it is not cover able under warranty. I am explained to that madam about my mobile charging issue. I told to the Madam if there is water clog on that area really the battery as well as mobile device also get damage and i said the scale formation may be due to possibility of moister. Then she said water and any Physical damage it will not come under warranty. I said to the Madam I strongly agree your statement but this one no physical damage and water log only problem is scale formation on Charging area for this kind of issue what can i do. For scale formation how can i take precaution, Every one using the mobile phone same way i am also using in that scale formation what can i do please tell me. She suddenly disconnected mobile connection in the middle of conversation.

    Then immediately i called again to the Samsung customer care they said your concern is already escalated we will contact you shortly.

    I am kindly Requesting you please, I need solution in the positive way. For the Past 5 days i Couldn’t use my mobile phone. Please take it into serious as my problem. For scale formation problem it is not occurred because of me it is happened naturally for that reason you are denying my warranty i am really feel so sad. I hope you will do the Best .

  72. I have been a customer of Samsung Mobiles for 5 years starting with Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in November 2012 and recently Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro in May 2017 (same can be confirmed in your records for my mobile number 9707118035 and email id ssnayyar@gmail.com )
    However, I am deeply anguished with my experience with Samsung over past few days. I am listing the details as below.
    1. I bought Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro on 9th May 2017 from website of Amazon India, which is exclusive dealer of this particular model in the country, for Rs 25,990 (Rupees Twenty five thousand, nine hundred and ninety). (Invoice no. KA-QSAU-170950221-589900, Device serial no. 357169082930, copy of invoice attached (file name “Evidence 1 Invoice”).

    2. On 17th Aug 2017 (in less than three months), suddenly the mobile stopped working.

    3. On 18th Aug 2017, the mobile was taken to Samsung Service centre (Address :- Samsung service centre, Shayona center, MEMCO cross road, D Colony, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380025) and here my harrowing experience started.

    4. Any customer entering the doors of this service centre is practically considered a cheater/ liar with questions starting with “Pukka liquid giraya hoga (Definitely you must have poured water over it)”, “Pukka mobile giraya hoga (Mobile must have definitely fallen)”, “See carefully, there is a scratch here or there” (however light or minimal it may be, words like normal wear and tear do not hold good for this service centre), “screen is not broken but there must be some pressure on the screen”.
    Nowhere an option is given to customer that there may be a genuine flaw in the product. All efforts of staff in this service centre are focussed on only and only one thing, to prove customer liability. And if it is not there then to create one. And this is what has happened with me.
    After a torturous shower of questions mentioned above and a wait of two hours from 1500 to 1700 hours, the engineer at the service centre agreed to open and check mobile. But again with a threatening warning “99% screen will not break but if it breaks it is customers liability”. On explaining that the product is “under warranty”, and has been brought to “authorised service centre”. So any damage which takes place at service centre has also to be covered under warranty, the engineer straight away refuses to accept and arrogantly even hands back the phone that you can take away the phone somewhere else, but we will open only if customer gives in writing that if while opening screen breaks, it will be customer’s liability. He further added that “If you want to goto consumer court, goto consumer court and then come to us”.
    Finally the phone is opened and engineer agrees that there is no breakage inside the phone, and that they will check the mobile.
    5). At last when job card is being made, I am told that mobile is not under warranty. Even on showing original invoice, another bunch of demeaning questions are showered “was the phone bought in Singapore”, “is their any other invoice”, “maybe you have bought from some other dealer”, “is there any other proof that phone was bought from amazon”.
    After another hour of haggling finally the phone is accepted with a rough customer information receipt being given (copy attached – file name “”) whose service order number details were never available online on Samsung service tracking site.
    6) After one week of suspense over which I had to repeatedly contact Samsung India for warranty status (email and phone reference number 3719946642) and enquire repeatedly from service centre regarding repair status, finally on 25th Aug 17, I am informed that my warranty status has been confirmed, phone has been repaired and can be collected.
    7) On reaching the service centre, I am informed that the display of my phone has been changed. On inquiring the cause, reason given is “there was a small pressure area on one side, we had told you that day only”. On reminding them that I had also told them that “there is not a single scratch on the screen” (in fact service engineer himself had removed tempered glass, and that to without permission), and that “there is no pressure area visible”, I am told that it was not visible to naked eye but checked by chemical test.
    On inquiring that how a pressure area can lead to a dead phone. They have no reply other than to say “battery might be dead”. Battery was already charged when phone went dead, and phone was again kept on charge whole night in hope that phone might start working by morning before it was taken to service centre. There were no LED lights, no ringing of phone and no vibrations even on keeping power button pressed. The phone was dead at that time. Same has been clearly mentioned in the copy of customer information slip which was kept by the service centre (copy attached – file name “Evidence 3 customer information slip copy kept by service centre”). Also to be noted here is that service order number mentioned in this is completely different to the one mentioned in copy given to me.
    It was further argued by me that even if a “Samsung Brand”, supposedly good quality product with “Gorilla 4 glass” stops working completely within three months of purchase due to a “small area of pressure somewhere on the screen” then it is a manufacturing defect. Mobiles fall, screens crack and yet display keeps working. But to no avail, here these genius Samsung service engineers, blind in lust to get customer’s money, with no concept of good after sales service and warranty liability, further added “we agree that this should come under manufacturing defect , but company has clearly told them in 70 written pages that not to accept it. Rather charge customer for each and every such case where display stops working irrespective of cause.”
    On further informing them that I will be writing about this issue to Samsung, I am told “Yes , please do write. Even we want company to become aware that the quality of products has gone down, and here because of unjustified company policies we have to fight with customers”.
    8) In the end, I am charged a total of Rs 9316 (Rupees Nine thousand Three Hundred and sixteen rupees) including labour charges of Rs 413 (despite product being in warranty). (Reciept attached – file name “Evidence 4 Unjustified money charged receipt”).
    9) And finally to add insult to injury, when my old screen is returned back along with phone, I find that now there are multiple cracks in it (photographs attached – file name “Evidence 5 cracked old screen handed back by service centre”). On asking about it, I am told “Humne to pehle hi kaha tha, 1% chance hai screen kholte waqt screen toot sakti hai” (we had already told you that there is 1% chance that screen might break while opening, so it broke).
    10) I feel that this is a clear case of unprofessional conduct and cheating by this particular service centre. The real problem in phone was something else because of which phone was not responding and they have cracked the screen while opening. Now by bringing this “pressure sensitivity leading to complete display non-function theory”, they have not only tried to remove their liability for screen crack, but also charged me for mistake of theirs.
    On the other hand, even if it is “pressure sensitivity (over a gorilla 4 glass) leading to complete display non function” issue, then this is definitely a case of manufacturing defect which should be covered under warranty.
    11) I have the following requests to you
    i) A thorough inquiry should be done against the staff of this particular centre regarding this particular case, as well as into their unprofessional and uncourteous handling of other genuine Samsung customers.
    ii) Complete refund of the financial loss suffered by me due to this issue.

    I hope for an early resolution of my issue, else I will not be left with any other option except to take this matter to consumer court, as well bring it to attention of various print and news media, especially regarding very poor after sales services by Samsung India mobiles.

  78. I purchased Samsung S8 on 24th Sep 2017 and spent good money on it (Rs 54,000); unfortunately just in 10 days, I dropped it and the screen broke. Since this was an expensive phone, I expected it to get serviced in time. However, my experience with Samsung has been horrible with fraud commitments. Below are the events which took place:

    I submitted it at the HCL Samsung service center in (Okhla) to replace the screen on 4th Oct 2017 (with job card number/bill number :4246543589 and customer care ticket number 3721448288 ) but even after 7 days they need 7 days more.

    • I was initially told that the QNA approval will take 2 days post which the screen will be replaced within 1 or 2 days.
    • It has been 7 days but the QNA approval is still pending.
    • They are not responding my calls and simply saying contact customer care.
    • As per customer care people the approval doesn’t take more than a day and a half.
    • They are saying that the server is down and need 7 days more to resolve the issue. I asked them to send this in writing but they refused saying that this is an internal matter which cannot be written on email.
    • I requested for the customer care escalation email id to escalate it to concern team but it was not provided.

    Please advise further course of action and take appropriate steps to expedite the matter.

    Would request you to resolve this at the earliest such that I get my phone back as soon as possible.

Hi Team I have purchase Samsung Galaxy A8 in Reliance digital in December 2016 .in my mobile right corner display colour is changed automatically first it was half inch spot after 3 days it was spread out more than 2 inches .when I visit Samsung service centre in Guntur Brodipet area they are saying it is physical damage .I never drop down my mobile no pressure also on mobile how can it comes in physical damage.They are asking Rs. 7000 for repair .Is this your service to customers ?I want my mobile need to repair or replacement. Hope you can understand.

  81. very poor service i am back on customer care executive team from past more than 25 days & no response first the service engineer visited our house & no feed back again & now he is not picking the call & i am giving complainti on daily basis from past two weeks no response from samsung help desk regarding complaint my 32inc LED TV display lines on screen any one may help me out please my ph# 8861309037 they use to say will arrange for call from service team by today EOD / with in four hours once again please help me out if any one can

    This is Nitish Parab here writing towards an inefficient way, I the said
    customer of yours (Samsung) am being dealt with at your service centre at
    kalyan ( sarvodaya mall).

    I had put a request with your service centre towards my phone issue..which
    was been noted down more than 2 weeks ago by the representative with
    service centre, but yet I haven’t been properly assisted.

    My issue still persists and I feel am being harrased, by repetitively being
    asked to call the service centre where most of the times my call remains
    unanswered and when answered I am being told to come some another day..

    Phone details: Samsung Galaxy J7prime
    Model no: SM- G610F
    Serial No: R28J40CJ1KJ
    IMEI : 35292908083858955
    Date purchased: 15/4/ 2017
    AMC warranty status: 15/4/2018

    My main issue is that..the battery of the phone drains after being fully
    charged i.e. within a hour and half.. and then the mobile completely
    refraining to boot up.

    Now what happened with me:
    I was given a software update..on the first day..which was on
    4/11/2017..but then the issue still stayed. I went back on monday 6/11/
    2017 and they said they will check and let me know of the issue behind
    it..they gave me a manual job card and the from that day..i was not been
    contacted whatsoever my issue, having been concerned, I tried contacting
    the centre but I was unanswered. Once I was answered on 9/11/2017 and was
    told that parts are available to my mobile and work on that is in progress
    and I will receive my mobile well functional by that evening..but that
    never happened.
    They still didn’t answer and so i called back again on 11/11/2017 and after
    being answered I was told that your part is not yet available and will be
    received by service centre today once complete i will be contacted on that
    day itself..again, i was been fooled and no callback was done.
    Hence, after all this drama I paid visit to the service centre taking leave
    from my job on 15/11/2017 and they said my phone is ready but when I
    checked it over there itself infront of the representative the USB still
    says can’t connect. Hence, they said again wait for two days we will check
    what the issue is.

    I really am upset towards this incompetent behavior of your technical team
    and the way this issue is being handled..even after my phone staying in
    warranty how long do I have to wait for my own mobile and ask for others to
    help me with a spare handset.?
    It’s high time now..that we take some action!!

    I hope my point behind writing all this was to bring to the company’s
    notice the way we customers are being fooled at times. please replace my mobile . While any other customer not having to go through this way
    of treatment.

    I really am very very upset with all that is occurring. And need a strong
    action with complete resolution.
