It sold only defective product which life span is only 1 or 2 year only and when we are talking about warranty and replacement they denied to do that and they answered ” we would like to inform you that we have already discussed your issue with the management hence we have provided you the best possible solution i.e. repair on chargeable basis which we have already shared with you.”

    So, I warn all those who plan to buy any product from of this company.

    1. Useless product and useless services, I purchased samsung Refrigerator a year back, door color stared fading within 4 months of delivery, I don’t see any concrete action to resolve my issue, I will suggest never buy samsung products ever

I Sudhir Singh using Samsung refirigrator model RT 23av it has some problems I registered my complaint on Customer Care on 9/10/2016 complaint no 4223127277 engineer came and fill gas but he Brocken and damage driver compartments body due to forely opningbthr part on 10/10/2016 and still my refirigirator is not working . Again I registered 2 and complain on 13/10/2016 no 84223377954 but still my refrigerator pending in not working condition I contact service engineer Niraj 10 – 12 times he did not reply. I request GM service pls do some action in this matters

  9. I have been a Samsung customer for nearly ten years in UK. After experiencing Samsung India Customer Services and lies for three days I am switching to superior services of iPhone. Samsusold me a faulty phone then told me they will not replace it. I was told repair will take 15 days and I will be without a phone for 15 days. I was to coach widows of Indian heroes, our soldiers who died in duty. Lack of Samsung services and lies meant they did not get coached. I was told they will give me some new phone ‘today’ and then ‘sorry it’s tomorrow now’ and then it’s tomorrow again. They told me to stay in Mumbai only. They told me that they are following the protocols set by the very to as in from Hyun-chil Hong, B. D. Park, H. B. Lee, Hyun-woo Bang, Raj Kumar Rishi, Srini Sundararajan and Asim Warsi. In that case these people do not know how terrible their policies are for customers. My 32000 INR has now costed me 75000 plus INR. iPhone here I come. iPhone zindabad

    i am chasing customer care team regarding some minor repair related issue of my samsung mobile . But; no positive response recd, since from last 01 month i am discussing this matter with customer care team. They are very busy & not have a time to attend small customers . Finally i switch to another handset Micro-Max & i am planning to not sale my samsung handset to other , else he will also suffer with this problem.

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased the phone in the month of Oct ’16 and after a one month it got slowed down in terms of processing and battery started draining off fast. Since this is my secondary phone and primary phone is iphone, I didn’t cared so much.
    It’s only in the last week of April’17 that the phone became a mere dead piece; I decided to give it for repairing at the Gayatri enterprise;Vadodara (Authorised service centre)
    When I went there to collect after a weeks’ time, I got shocked to know that they had changed the motherboard; LCD Display in general whole handset parts got changed.
    I came in contact with your customer care and when they didn’t listen, I sent the mail to MD office in terms of changing the piece as it was under warranty.
    One Samsung contract employee took the issue by the name of Mohit . I was shocked the level of professionalism of Samsung that instead of Samsung direct Sr. Manager taking the call of the issue, was made to handle by junior most employee in the hierarchy; the contract employee.
    He didn’t listen and finally I was forced to accept the handset. I sent the mail again in the month of Jul’17 as it started giving me the trouble and it bounced back with the message that the email address doesnot exist.
    Moreover Ketan Patel of Gayatri Enterprise; Vadodara (Gujarat) a franchisee doesn’t have time to meet and wants me to deal with front line executive of their franchise outlet.
    I was in LG Electronics as Sr. Manager in 2004 till 2008 and now the Vice President in one of the MNC IT Company, in my tenure I had never seen LG handling any issue carelessly. I hope you will take a note of it.
    Finally with dismay, I am writing you a letter so that you can allocate the right person for this issue as now the display is going off and another 15 days it will be dead.

  15. Sir/Ma’am,

    This is in furtherance to the Complaint number 3179684929 which I had registered with the customer care executive for my phone Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

    Today I received a call from the Customer Care executive which was in pursuance of my previous numerous calls to escalate the issue being faced.

    On receiving the call I had presumed there is a solution to my problem and all the harassment meted to me would end. I presumed wrong; after an hour long conversation with the Executive wherein I was not allowed to put my point across but and incessant effort was being made that I should admit defeat and concede to the wrong being done by Samsung.

    I tried to tell my story how the phone was not even being used at the time when smoke started rising from my phone. That it was a life threatening experience as the phone could hve been in use or in my hand and could have blasted too causing me grave injuries.

    The Customer care was blowing his own harp where he tried to manipulate me by saying that I must have overcharged the phone and that the battery would have been swollen and so on and so forth.

    I contended that had it been a case of swollen battery then the same would have happened over a couple of days and that would have caused my phone to malfunction and not emit smoke one fine afternoon and die on me.

    Even I understand having been using technology for a couple of years now as to hoe these things happen.

    Further I am very well aware of the reputation of the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and know that it has been prone to heating up of its own accord and even blasting at times.

    The company is unnecessarily harassing me to admit and pay them more money even though it is a manufacturing defect due to which I am using a sub grade phone even after owning a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

    The company does not want to take the necessary action of diagnosing the phone and issuing a new phone as its replacement as this is a manufacturing defect and not otherwise.

    Even though the company maybe a giant but that does not mean it will miss treat its customers and not solve their grievances.

    I know request you all to kindly admit my phone for diagnose and replace my handset within 3 days from receiving this email else I shall have no option but to take legal action. against your conduct of misrepresentation, cheating harassment and humiliation.
