Its got dead after three months… I submitted my phone to service center in noida city center…its been a month…no body is giving my phone back to me…m very much pissed of even I have never ever faced that kind of problem with any company…is that the way of customer service…just take money from the pocket of customer… After that no assistance..

  3. On July’16 Bought New Moto G4Plus in Flipkart.. Last month I faced so many issues like quick discharging, automatically switch off issue, etc.. so I went to service centre in Tirunelveli and provide my mobile on 7th Sep’16.. Next Ten days there is no update from their side.. after that I called Service centre and scold their employee to ask the exact issue of My Mobile and expected delivery date.. after that only they checked and tell me that Mother Board Problem in your mobile and it will take 4 days to replace the Hardware and after that you come and collect the mobile.. myself also called your service centre after 5 days.. then they said that Hadware not reached my office and don’t know when its reach tirunelveli, and pls call the Call Centre and complaint reg your mobile.. I am frustrated..! So that only am sending mail to you.. Hope you will address it and take a quick action for this Issue..

    i am using moto g4 plus mobile phone i am facing some display related issue so i visited at service center in faridabad haryana in sector 37 they check and say that you need to submit your phone for 3 to 4 days i submitted my phone after this i received call from service center that your phone is ready and you come and take this after this i visited in service center and collect my phone. Phone was in working condition but when i check phone in my phone volume keys was not present when i visit service center again next day he say that asa to ho hi nahi shakta or ye aapne nikala hoga this was behavior of service center boy and after thia he using abusing language with me i want to replace my phone volume buttons as i submitted my phone if any body can help me i am very thankful to you.

    I have purchased new moto M 64GB version. one month ago and i have checked its specification on every sites all sites are are mentionting that it is (WATER REPLENT)
    But in a little bit rain my one month old phone died & when i was asking on service centre &Customer care they are saying that wather Damage is not covered in warrenty so why company is saying that it is water replent. so if you all can not do any any thing so simply remove this water replent & water resistant from every sites & from every Box.

  7. Worst ever experience with Motorola.Possess two Motorola phones. Both gone bad. Never again.
    Motorola Service Centre Noida address in their Website is wrong. It closed shop there 6 months ago.Toilet Paper scrap pasted at that place giving new address. Went there, that too closed down.
    A Coy which does not care enough to even have an updated Service Centre Address that too which closed down 6 months ago says it all.Customer Care is NOT their concern.
    Spent three hours in Noida Tfc, paid Rs 100.00 as Parking Fees just to go to their Service Centre and it was not there.

    Wanted a New Bty for a two year old phone.
    Answer from Service Centre: This is a Very Old Model. Will take 3- 5 days to get a Battery if available. Two year Old is Vintage for them.Do not even keep Btys.
    What kind of Customer Support is this.
    Sorry to say, but my Local Baniya is more efficient.
    My prediction: They are doomed unless the Customer Support is totally revamped.
    NO MOTOROLA .
