    This is karunakar from hyderabad.
    We booked a car as above subject. And we went for delivery to hyderguda showroom but there after seeing the vehicle there is manufacturer diffect and samething we discussed with manager but he refused my words as well he don’t known minimum communication that how to interact with the customer. And without seeing physically car and they raised the TR number without physical checking the vehicle.

    And I didn’t take delivery my vehicle and I was paid down payment Rs. 55000/- and they approved car loan . Now I requested manager to change the vehicle and give the another same model car which I selected. On this I need clarity on immediate Base otherwise I will proceed in my way with legal supports .

  2. I am an unlucky customer of Datsun-Nissan. I purchased your car Datsun Go on 30 October 2014. I was given a car with manufacturing defect. EXCESSIVE ENGINE OIL CONSUMPTION DUE TO ENGINE OIL BURNING WITH FUEL, resulted power loss and low fuel efficiency. My car was in your dealer’s service station: EVM NISSAN, NETTOOR, ERNAKULAM(DIST), KERALA, 15 times in the last 3 years to solve the complaint. But unfortunately, your technical experts-Techline, was not able to find the cause and hence could not solve the problem till now. Nissan Technical experts and the dealer was treating me and my car as their experimental laboratory, for their analysis and feedback. My car undergone 2 major engine repair and engine part replacements work by your technical experts-Techline, within last 6 months. But the problem remains. Now I don’t have any confidence in driving the car. Engine oil is vanishing withing 2500km of drive and emitting poisonous gas through exhaust well above the pollution control part. Engine and exhaust system are in such a pathetic shape. More disappointed part was that, I tried to escalate the problem to Nissan’s higher management in India, through your customer care, through dealer, through southern area manager of Nissan, etc.. But none of your executives addressed my issues and was hiding behind the screen. Nissan Tech line is considering my problem as their leisure exercise, and taking 2-3 weeks time for the analysis alone. What is the use of such s car for a customer?.
    Now, I don’t expect Anymore justice from Nissan, and trying to escalate the issue to Nissan Global, before proceeding legally.
    I want Nissan management to come in face for a discussion and to give a fare settlement. I don’t want anymore analysis on my car with my ownership. It is very hard to believe that Nissan India techincal experts are in such a bad shape.
