    I was given to understand that your contact number 03332202084 was toll free yet I have been charged £3.20 for a landline call on 8th June where I was passed from pillar to post by your staff for nearly £25 minutes. I didn’t worry too much because I thought the call was free but now I see that I have paid the price of your staff incompetence. I like insuring with Admiral and have been with you for quite some time with 6 car multicar policy so I don’t expect to be penalised in this way. I welcome your reply.
